I hail from the heart of Texas, where my journey with music began at the tender age of four. Those early years saw me eagerly delving into piano and other musical disciplines, revealing a natural aptitude for the craft. My childhood was a symphony of exploration, as I eagerly embraced every instrument within reach.

As time unfolded, my fascination with sound and technology blossomed, leading me into the captivating realm of audio engineering. I found myself drawn to the intricate tapestry of sound production and thus began my odyssey into the world of audio.

My professional path has woven through diverse landscapes, from directing productions and engineering audio at numerous churches to embarking on tours as a sound engineer, tour manager, and production overseer for various artists and events nationwide.

In 1998, spurred by a profound realization of the dearth of training resources for volunteers in local churches, I embarked on a mission. I founded MixFix with a singular purpose: to empower and equip audio and production teams within the global church community.

Though my journey has led me into management realms, my heart remains tethered to the raw thrill of mixing bands in grandiose settings. There's an unparalleled energy in those moments, an indescribable resonance that fuels my passion like nothing else.
