Producer
When needed: You are looking for someone to come in and head up your production or event. Bryan Ramsey Productions is geared specifically to implement with your team and create your event from the ground up.
Specializing in the overall technical needs and production requirements, Bryan will organize and fulfill the needs of the event.
Fees for Production services vary depending on the event. Generally for a producer, the fee is set at a day rate which is based on 10 hours per day. For large events with multiple meetings and needs the fee is set up in a package deal for pre-production meetings, the event itself etc.
Technical Director
When needed: You already have your show designed and just need someone to come in to help ensure that the technical aspects of the show go as planned.
The technical director is there to ensure that during the show all cues and elements are directed and called correctly. The TD works closes with the AV company to ensure that all equipment and items are in place to ensure a smooth event.
The fee for Technical Director is based on a day rate for 10 hour days. In some cases, a half-day rate maybe necessary.
Audio Engineer
When needed: You are in need of an audio engineer to run the audio for your event. You want to have the same audio engineer for each day of your event. You want to make sure that each cue is performed correctly and on time.
Audio is by far the most critical aspect of your show. If the audio fails, the show suffers tremendously. To help ensure that your event goes off well, we suggest hiring an experienced audio engineer for your show.
As with other areas, the rate for audio engineer is based on a 10 hour day.
Architectural Production (Widescreen Effects)
When Needed: When you are looking to transform the environment of your room or venue. By using the latest technology, we can literally transform the boring atmosphere of your ballroom in to just about anything your want or could imagine.
Architectural Projection is priced on a setup day rate and then operator day rates for each day. There is also some gear rental involved in the process of setting this up. That price is dependent on size of room and ultimately width of image needed.
