Fee: The initial cost of consultation is reasonable, usually in the form of a retainer. Further costs are dependent on the need and time required to accomplish the project.
For church growth and worship team development consulting, Bryan tends to work on retainer. The typical retainer begins at $1000 and covers the preliminary meeting and first evaluations. From this point, Bryan will confer with the senior leadership and determine what further time might be useful for the church. This time can be retained at $600 for four hours.
In audio/visual system design and installation, the fee generally ranges from 2%-10% of the cost of a/v expenditures. This fee is always flexible to ensure that the project stays within budget and that the equipment quality is not sacrificed in lieu of a fee. The fee is determined by the course of work requirements and time involved. Further, the churches ability to pay is always considered when determining the fee.
On Site Evaluation and Training
Onsite evaluation and training affords your church the opportunity to leverage the skills, experience and knowledge of Bryan Ramsey with your people, at your church with your equipment and procedures. For a reasonably affordable cost at $1000 per day or $ 1850 (Friday afternoon thru Sunday afternoon) for a full weekend, Bryan will spend countless time with your people making sure to get the full picture of your needs and then make recommendations for corrective measures to improve your church as a whole.
Single day consulting will allow Bryan to meet with key members of your staff and team, review your current limitations and offer sound advice on changing your processes and train your volunteers on developing consistency.
For full weekend consulting, Bryan will start off by meeting with the senior leadership of the church to understand the vision for the use of technical arts, media and communications, spend time training your staff on ways to increase quality and improve consistency. Also Bryan will hold a training session with your volunteers. Upon return, Bryan will submit a full written report on his experiences and will offer insight how your church can maximize technical arts and media with action items for your team.
Fee: $1000 per day or $1850 for full weekend (Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon)

I will keep track of phone call and emails and send you updates on the amount of time you have remaining in your account. Further, you may submit video requests and if time allows and there is money in your account, Bryan Ramsey Productions will create video segments to aide your sermon topic. The typical video creation process can take up to 4 hours for every minute of video, but there is little that can compare to videos created specifically for your congregation in mind.
