Bryan is a respected Worship leader and touring Christian Artist. He also serves as a church consultant who has committed himself to the the church, worship and technical arts ministry as a whole. Sought after by some of today's fastest growing churches, Bryan brings a vast array of knowledge, experience and practical know-how to the table. By focusing on helping churches develop Technical Arts and Communications technologies, as well as team-building and church growth strategies, Bryan helps churches to be good stewards of their resources, personnel, and facilities.
Bryan has served on the staff of four different churches in the role of Worship Pastor and Weekend Service Producer. Further, he served for three years as the technical arts director of a large church with multiple technical arts disciplines in active use. His responsibilities in those roles ranged from music and creative arts to the technical production aspects of the service. Further, Bryan took on the responsibilities of small groups pastor and communications director in his past church. In addition, he worked very closely with the senior staff on developing the strategy to accomplish the vision of the church.
Bryan has written several technical manuals for various specialties in the field of Technical Arts and Worship and is currently working on two books. One book, on the responsibilities and effective use of technology in todays church, the second on Vision Strategies, which is entitled; "Strategy: Putting the Legs to the Vision." Both of these books are due out in late 2010.
